KAVRILA from Hamburg/Germany are back with a new record. We will start the collaboration with the release of "Rituals III", the last episode of their "Rituals" EP-Trilogy. The record will be released on 12" vinyl and in addition, the whole "Rituals" cycle, containing all three EPs will be available as a discography CD. Expect an energetic and powerful mix of HC, SLUDGE, METAL and DOOM, reduced to the essentials. “Rituals III” is the spawn of Kavrila’s rage, anxiety, gloom, self doubt, pure energy, and grit. A vicious beast that crawls out of a pool of darkness, and suffering that has a hold on the world around us, that we are constantly fighting to overcome. This is the third, and final installment of the “Rituals” series that was started back in 2016. The end of the Trilogy may be the sign of something even more sinister coming from Kavrila in the near future.

At this point, I could hardly be more enthusiastic about Kavrila. The Rituals trilogy is a tremendous accomplishment, and I feel like II is a bit of an outlier stylistically. Starting right at Lidless, this record is more atmospheric and - surprise! - even reluctant until suddenly punching you in the gut and forcefully eviscerating your abdominal cavity with a halfheartedly grinded butter knife. Punishing, engaging and definitely worth hearing. Stop pondering and throw your money at these guys. David Fischer

If you know Kavrila you're aware of the fact that their music is as life-affirming as the prospect of attending a mass execution. Still, Mor hits different and cuts way deeper than all of the Rituals trilogy. Mor has singer Alex processing his mother's death and yes, this is exactly how it feels listening to this thing. Deeply uncomfortable and horrendous. To clarify: this really is a good album. But it's not one I see return myself to often because I can hardly bear it. Well done! David Fischer
